The Woods Academy is located in Bethesda, Maryland within the boundaries of the Bradley Boulevard Citizens Association (BBCA). The Woods Academy strives to be a good neighbor. We are committed to enhancing and maintaining our facilities and the natural beauty of our campus for the enjoyment of the school and community. We also seek to ensure the safety of all students, faculty, staff and visitors by proactively managing parking and transportation at the school.

Parking and Transportation
In 2006, the school adopted the Transportation Management Plan to help address parking and transportation needs. As part of this plan, The Woods Academy makes special parking arrangements during special events to reduce impact on neighborhood streets. In 2009-2010, we will utilize off-site satellite parking for Grandparents' Day, Montessori Breakfast, Christmas Concert, Open House, Arts Celebration, and Graduation.

Community Forums
The Woods Academy Community Liasion Council (CLC) meets four times per year. These meetings provide an opportunity for community members to voice their concerns. Upcoming CLC meetings will take place on March 1, 2010; and June 7, 2010 at 7 p.m.
