Admission inquiries are welcome at any time. Families are encouraged, however, to begin the process in the fall for the following academic year. We cordially invite interested parents to explore our website, visit our school, look in on our classes and discover for themselves who we are. You may also submit the online Inquiry Form for more information.

To schedule a Tour, please contact the Admissions office at Admissions@woodsacademy.org.
All candidates for Grades 2-8 are invited to spend a day at The Woods with students in their current grade. Children applying for the Montessori full-day program (5 years old) and first grade spend a half day at our school. For families with 3- and 4-year-olds, an interview with a Montessori teacher is required.

- Mail the completed Application to The Woods Academy, c/o Barbara Snyder,
Director of Admission. - Please include a copy of your child's Birth Certificate and $50 non-refundable application fee.
- Upon receipt of the completed application, we will send recommendation forms to be completed by the appropriate teachers and returned directly to us.
- If applicable, you will also receive a transcript release form to be signed, dated and sent to your child’s current school.
- The admission file should be complete by March 1.
