At The Woods, community means students, teachers, parents and grandparents caring for one another. Here, we all work together to ensure that our students can thrive academically, emotionally and spiritually.

Parents entrust us with their most sacred possession: their children. We take that responsibility seriously. We believe parent involvement is critical to a student's academic and personal success. We invite you to use our website and WoodsNet to keep you informed about school life and your child’s experience here.

The Woods Academy Parent Teacher Organization (WAPTO) promotes a cohesive school community and environment by supporting the school’s educational process through volunteerism and fundraising. WAPTO sponsors and promotes activities that generate funds and provides information and education for our parent body.

All parents and guardians of enrolled students and faculty and staff are members of WAPTO. Meetings take place in the library on a regular basis.
