TABATA: A Great Way to Stay Active

TABATA is an interval training workout of 8 sets, 20 seconds at high intensity and 10 seconds rest for a total of 4 minutes.

TABATA is a great way to stay active in a short amount of time.

You can also choose to do 5 Tabata Workout sets for a challenging, high-intensity 20-minute workout.
