The Woods is happy to announce a number of summer camp experiences that will take place on campus beginning right after school ends in June. The Woods offers a variety of programs for students of all ages.

These sessions are developed and led by the talented Woods faculty and staff and focus on an area of personal interest or expertise for the instructor. Summer at The Woods Programs enrich The Woods experience by extending learning and exploration into the summer months of June, July, and August.

Camper Health Forms

If your child will require Woods Academy staff to administer prescription and/or non-prescription medication, please complete the following required health forms:
Please return completed forms to Jeaneen Cavanaugh, School Nurse, at as soon as possible.

Wait Lists

If the max number of students is reached for a SUMMER 2019 program, please sign up online for the program's wait list. A student must be registered online for the program's wait list to be considered for the program if a space becomes available. The parent/guardian of the wait listed student will be contacted if a space becomes available. There is no charge to register for a wait list.

Refunds, Transfers, & Credits

Refunds, transfer and credit requests for SUMMER 2019 program offerings will only be granted up until FRIDAY, MAY 3, 2019.
NO REFUNDS, TRANSFERS or CREDITS will be granted after this date unless a program is canceled by the school. NO proration of course fees available under any circumstances.

Canceled Programs

The Woods Academy will determine if a SUMMER 2019 program offering needs to be canceled by FRIDAY, MAY 3, 2019.
The parent/guardian who registered the student will be contacted by the instructor or the Business Office if a program has been canceled. A refund will be processed.

ACTIVE Network® Online Registration System

The Woods uses ACTIVE Network® to collect online registrations. Below are registration tips to help you better navigate online registration and your ACTIVE Network® account.

Helpful Registration Tips

To begin a registration process, click the REGISTER NOW button on any of the pages of WoodsNet that require registration to be directed to an ACTIVE Network® registration form.

  • RETURNING Users: If you have ever registered your student for an activity, summer program and/or catered lunch, type in your email address and password and click Returning User. If you are unsure if you have an account or forgot your password, click on the appropriate link under the login boxes.
  • NEW Users: If you have never registered your student for an activity, summer program, and/or catered lunch, please select New User.

Login to ACTIVE Network® account to Print Registration History / Previous Statements

  • Login to your ACTIVE Network® account.
  • Click the Statement tab at the top.
  • Click View Full Account History at the bottom of the box. This will show you all purchases in which you can print out. There is also a link to Printable Statement which will print a full statement.
