What a January the Woods has had! Between the snow and the rain, we haven't had much time to play outside in extended care. But that hasn't stopped us from moving our bodies! January has been a month full of yoga, freeze dance, and brain breaks for our three year old students. Yoga and dancing are great ways to improve concentration, socialization, flexibility and confidence. Not only for adults, but for children too! Moving forward, we are looking forward to Valentine's day and warmer weather.
