Summer at The Woods

The Woods Academy uses Active Network™ to process registrations. Students participating in any Woods Academy teacher-led camp must be registered online. A student may not participate if the child has not been registered.

 

During online registration, you will be asked to enter an email address. Active Network™ will verify if an account already exists. If it does exist, your password is required. If it does not exist, you will be required at the end of registration to create a password so an account is established.

 

In addition to registration, you may login to your account any time to register or to view or print your registration history. An order confirmation will be sent to the email after each order placed, but if you are unable to find the email or it was deleted, you may always access this information in your account.

Below are Summer 2024 Registration Requirements for Woods Academy teacher-led camps - All Star Sports Camp, Spanish Fiesta! Summer Music Camp, and Woods Summer Care camps - ONLY. *For Headfirst Summer Camp registration requirements, visit www.headfirstcamps.com.

• Students must be registered before they may participate in a summer camp.

• NO proration of course fees will be available under any circumstances.

• NO refunds, credits, or transfers will be available for Summer teacher-led camps after FRIDAY, MAY 10. If you need to cancel your child's registration, please email sgallagher@woodsacademy.org before or by this date.

• Register for Summer teacher-led camps by May 10. Registration will remain open after this date, but students must be registered before they may participate in a camp.

• In the rare event that a Summer teacher-led camp needs to be canceled by the school (due to low enrollment), it will be determined by May 10. The parent or guardian who registered the student will be notified by email and a refund will be processed.

• Offerings Published and Registration Reminder (E-Folder): Wednesday, January 17 & January 24

• Registration Opens: Thursday, January 25 at 11:00am

• Register By and Last Day to Cancel a Register (for refund, credit, or transfer): Friday, May 10

Registration will remain open after this date, but students must be registered before they may participate in a camp.

• Summer teacher-led summer camps: Begin Week of June 10-14

*Headfirst Summer Camps: June 17 - August 9

If the maximum number of participants is reached for a Summer at The Woods camp, parents/guardians may sign up their child online for the camp's corresponding waitlist. There is no charge to sign up for a waitlist. A child must be registered online for a camp's waitlist to be considered if a spot becomes available. The parent/guardian who registered the child will be contacted by email and have 3 days to respond and commit, before we move on to the next potential participant on the waitlist. Participants are chosen from the waitlist in order of registration date.

The Woods Academy will determine if a Summer at The Woods camp will need to be canceled by or after FRIDAY, MAY 10, 2024. If a camp needs to be canceled due to low enrollment or for any other reason, the parent/guardian who registered the participant will be contacted by the school and a refund will be processed.  Registration will remain open for camps that will be held.
